The Alpin Bistro on Sonnenkopf is extremely busy, but there is a shortage of trained bar staff. Bernd's solution: he relies on SERVENIA as a compact bartender support system. You only need to spend a few minutes talking to Bernd Kaspar about gastronomy to realize that he is not only an enthusiastic restaurateur, but also knows exactly what he is talking about. At his Seestüble restaurant in Klösterle, guests are treated to modern yet traditional cuisine. He also currently manages the Alpin Bistro at the valley station of the Sonnenkopf ski resort.
At the Alpin Bistro, things have to move quickly. Skiers stop by either before or after what they hope will be a sunny day on the slopes. When the valley run is open, they are also welcome to visit during their stay.
Bernd also has to contend with a shortage of skilled workers. With SERVENIA, he has managed to largely eliminate this problem in the bar area.

The solution: bartender support in the smallest of spaces
SERVENIA was specifically implemented for bartender support.
Thanks to its compact design, it could be seamlessly integrated into existing workflows without having to remodel the bar.

The existing carbonator, which was previously connected to the beer dispensing system, was expanded to include a branch to SERVENIA. This meant that only 0.25 m² of space was required in the corner.
