A look behind the scenes of trade fair season 25!
Together with our valued distribution partner FHE Gastro, we had the opportunity to present our smart SERVENIA dispensing system at two of the most important trade fairs for the catering and hotel industry: “Alles für den Gast” in Salzburg and IGEHO in Basel. The focus was on how automation solutions can be used correctly.
Alles für den Gast
Alles für den Gast is considered the leading trade fair for the catering and hotel industry in Austria. Visitors to the FHE Gastro stand were able to experience our smart SERVENIA dispensing system live.
Trend toward self-service and automation solutions
There is clearly a great deal of interest in self-service and automation solutions.
How can automation solutions be used correctly without losing the human component and thus the all-important connection to the guest?
This is exactly where we want to start with our solutions. SERVENIA is suitable for both bartender support and self-service. The requirements of trade fair visitors were very individual, and SERVENIA can be integrated into the respective business depending on the application.
Cocktails from the Feinbrennerei Prinz
Visitors could choose from a selection of original cocktail recipes from the Prinz distillery. SERVENIA then served them automatically. In less than 10 seconds, every visitor had a drink in their hand.
BEIANOND BiB boxes from Allgäuer Alpenwasser
In keeping with the motto “Those who drink BEIANOND never drink alone,” guests could choose from a variety of natural lemonades made with Allgäuer Alpenwasser. From rhubarb lemon balm to classic currant. All served by SERVENIA.
Our conclusion:
The trend toward self-service and automation solutions is not only noticeable, it is here to stay.
