Unused revenue potential
When the hotel bar closes or is not staffed, the business loses revenue from thirsty guests, for example after late check-in.

Use case: self-service & payment
Beverage service becomes completely independent of opening hours and staff. Guests order their favorite drink through an intuitive user interface, pay contactlessly and then automatically receive their freshly prepared beverage. The selection ranges from classic fruit juice to spritz variants, aperitifs and long drinks. This creates a full 24/7 offer in lobbies, aparthotels or self-service areas that generates additional revenue without additional staffing.

After successful payment, the glass is placed. The system doses the selected drink exactly according to the recipe. The entire process is completed without service staff being involved.
For autonomous beverage sales with payment, SERVENIA is used as a self-service setup. The system combines beverage selection, payment, dosing and dispensing in one continuous workflow.

Self-service setup with payment
SERVENIA is used as a standalone beverage station with touch display and integrated payment system. Guests choose their drink, pay contactlessly and receive long drinks, spritz drinks, juices or soft drinks precisely dosed. Ideal for lobbies, aparthotels, self-service areas and locations without a permanently staffed bar.

The system monitors dispensing quantities. If an ingredient is about to run empty, the device sends a timely notification to the management dashboard or by email to the responsible staff. Sold-out drinks are marked as unavailable and can no longer be ordered.
An autonomous self-service system closes the gap between staffing costs and guests' need for a flexible beverage offer. The configurator helps determine the right setup for lobbies, aparthotels or self-service areas.
