Inconsistent beverage quality
Under time pressure, mixing ratios vary. A gin and tonic tastes different depending on who prepares it.
Dispensing systems

Use case: bar operations
When guest demand at the bar is high, speed and consistency matter. Automated dispensing doses long drinks and cocktails exactly according to the recipe and serves them with consistent beverage quality. At the push of a button and independent of the bar staff's experience. This shortens waiting times, minimizes dispensing loss and makes workflows significantly more efficient.

Under time pressure, mixing ratios vary. A gin and tonic tastes different depending on who prepares it.
02
Imprecise free pouring, generous pours or spills significantly reduce the margin per glass.
03
New staff or temporary helpers need a lot of time to master recipes and bar workflows without mistakes.
04
When order volume suddenly increases, for example during a concert break, après-ski or after dinner, long queues quickly build up.
The system uses stored recipes. Spirit and filler, for example vodka and lemon, are dosed into the glass with milliliter precision. This guarantees consistent taste and fully eliminates dispensing loss caused by overdosing.
Manual work is reduced to placing the glass with ice and pressing a button on the touch display. While the system dispenses the long drink, staff can already process payment or take the next order.
The user interface is designed so that no bartending knowledge is required. Temporary staff can work correctly after minimal instruction and effectively support the core bar team.
SERVENIA is used for automated long drink dispensing by staff and is adapted to the respective environment.

Bar setup
Designed as a compact station on the counter. Spirits and fillers can be stored in the cooled interior of the system or as bag-in-box in the base cabinet. Operation is handled through the intuitive touch display.
Learn more about SERVENIAThe system is ideal for classic two- to three-component drinks: long drinks such as gin and tonic, vodka lemon or Cuba Libre, spritz variants such as Aperol Spritz or Limoncello Spritz, shots and purely non-alcoholic soft drinks.
Yes, the system can be integrated into many existing infrastructures. For example, an existing soda or filler line can be connected to the smart dispensing system.
Operators can adjust all recipes at any time.
Whether you want to support staff during peak times or precisely control product usage: automated dispensing makes bar operations more profitable and less stressful. The configurator helps adapt the setup to your exact spatial conditions.
