Hot beverage dispensing becomes completely independent of staff resources and opening hours. With autonomous self-service stations, guests select mulled wine, tea or punch on the display, pay contactlessly and dispense the hot beverage directly into the cup. This creates profitable 24/7 beverage stations at Christmas markets, in hotel lobbies or outdoor areas, generating high-margin additional revenue without tying up staff for sales.

How the autonomous hot beverage station works
Drink selection
The customer selects the desired beverage by pressing the button on the respective SHOT Cup.
Contactless payment
All common contactless payment methods such as credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed through the central payment terminal. Cashless payment significantly speeds up the process and eliminates cash register errors.
Cup-by-cup heating and dispensing
Only after successful payment is the beverage released. The SHOT Cup draws in the cold beverage, heats it to the preset temperature and portions it precisely into the provided cup.
Digital remote monitoring
With IoT connectivity, sales, revenue and fill levels can be monitored remotely in real time. Management is notified immediately when a storage container, such as the mulled wine canister, needs to be replaced.

How can prices be changed?+
Prices can be adjusted at any time from a PC or smartphone through the digital management platform world-mps. Changes are transferred immediately to the station display.
Can different drinks be offered at one station?+
Selfcup is primarily designed as one device per beverage type. However, several devices can easily be bundled through the central payment terminal, for example device 1 for mulled wine and device 2 for children's punch. The guest selects on the display which beverage should be enabled.
