Time-consuming handling
Constantly opening, pouring and closing sparkling wine or prosecco bottles massively slows down bar workflows during high order volume.
Dispensing systems

Use case: spritz & aperitif
Spritz variants are absolute bestsellers during the summer season. With automated dispensing, trend drinks such as Aperol Spritz, Limoncello Spritz, Lavender Spritz and many more can be served with consistent perfection. An integrated KEG in the base cabinet supplies chilled sparkling wine, while spirits and syrups are mixed directly from the interior. This enables up to 12 different spritz creations to be dispensed at high speed.

Constantly opening, pouring and closing sparkling wine or prosecco bottles massively slows down bar workflows during high order volume.
02
Opened bottles quickly lose their sparkle, which reduces beverage quality.
03
High throughput of spritz drinks requires a lot of refrigerator space to keep enough sparkling wine bottles at serving temperature.
04
During peak times, the offer is often reduced to the classic Aperol Spritz because mixing more unusual variants takes too much time.

The setup can be configured for many popular summer drinks and individual house recipes.
A standard KEG, for example prosecco or frizzante, is connected in the base cabinet. A carbonator and cooler keep the sparkling wine at the right drinking temperature. Handling individual bottles is eliminated completely.
Spirits such as Aperol, Campari or Sarti as well as syrups, for example lavender or elderflower, are stored inside SERVENIA. Everything is bundled centrally in one place and dosed directly by the machine.
The desired drink is selected through the intuitive user interface. The system mixes chilled sparkling wine and the respective ingredient in the exact programmed ratio. This makes it possible to offer up to 12 different trend drinks without additional effort.
The setup can be used flexibly. It works either as a high-performance dispensing station behind the bar to support service staff or as an autonomous self-service station with payment where guests dispense their own sundowner.
For the spritz setup, the smart SERVENIA dispensing system is combined with suitable cooling and carbonation technology.

Spritz setup with KEG connection
The system uses the base cabinet for the sparkling wine KEG and high-performance cooling technology. On the counter itself, SERVENIA takes up minimal space. The touch display guides either staff or guests through the wide selection of spritz drinks. Recipes and prices can be adjusted centrally on the device at any time.
Learn more about SERVENIAYes. Because the sparkling wine is stored in a closed KEG system and dispensed under pressure through the carbonator and cooler, carbonation remains optimal from the first glass to the last.
Yes. In addition to classic spritz ingredients, non-alcoholic alternatives or non-alcoholic sparkling wine and soda water can also be dispensed through the system.
The system is compatible with common gastronomy standard KEGs, for example 20-liter or 30-liter KEGs. Depending on event size and available space, this enables very high autonomy without frequent KEG changes.
A broad selection of spritz drinks increases revenue, but manually it often becomes a logistical bottleneck. With automated dispensing directly from the KEG, you serve summer trends at high speed and consistent quality.
