Low hardware utilization
Classic juice dispensers are often used only for three to four hours during breakfast and remain idle for the rest of the day.
Dispensing systems
Use case: combined day & night operation
Instead of maintaining separate devices for the breakfast buffet and evening bar operation, beverage dispensing is bundled into one hybrid system. With time-controlled digital menus, the station turns into a hygienic juice dispenser in the morning, a refreshment bar in the afternoon and a fully automated system for aperitifs and long drinks in the evening. This maximizes hardware utilization throughout the day while drastically reducing space requirements and cleaning effort.

02
Several different dispensing systems such as juice machines, water dispensers and bar equipment block valuable work and buffet surfaces.
03
Open carafes or conventional dispensers at breakfast buffets require intensive cleaning and are often prone to dripping and contamination.

Switching from daytime operation to evening service requires constant rearranging in multifunctional spaces.
The station adapts menu, operating mode and payment function to the respective time of day.
The touch display automatically adapts to the time of day. In the morning, the interface only shows options such as orange juice, multivitamin juice and water. From the late afternoon, the menu seamlessly switches to soft drinks, spritz variants or long drinks. The change happens fully automatically in the background.
The setup also adapts operationally throughout the day. During breakfast, guests serve themselves in self-service mode, while in the evening the station can either be used by bar staff as a dispensing system or switched to autonomous self-service mode with integrated payment terminal.
For this hybrid use case, the SERVENIA dispensing system is equipped with a generous base cabinet and smart menu control.

No. The system usually offers enough space for ingredients for both dayparts. It automatically draws the liquid needed for each menu item. Reconnecting tubes between morning and afternoon is not required.
Yes. In many hotels, breakfast drinks are included. The system can be configured so juices are dispensed in the morning without payment. Once the evening menu is activated, the card terminal is automatically enabled for paid drinks.
