Lack of hygiene
Open glass carafes or traditional lever dispensers quickly become sticky and often appear unhygienic during ongoing service.
Dispensing systems

Use case: breakfast & non-alcoholic refreshments
Dispensing lemonades, water and juices is automated hygienically and efficiently through a smart beverage dispenser. Instead of open carafes at the buffet or conventional dispensing machines, beverages are portioned precisely at the push of a button. This minimizes spills, reduces constant cleaning effort for staff and keeps operations running smoothly.

Open glass carafes or traditional lever dispensers quickly become sticky and often appear unhygienic during ongoing service.
02
Spilled juices and sticky surfaces force service staff to constantly clean the area around the beverage station.
03
Manually refilling carafes or small containers during breakfast buffet peak times ties up valuable staff resources.
04
Because guests often pour too much during manual self-service, a lot of juice remains undrunk in glasses.
The desired drink is selected on the touch display. The system then dispenses an exactly predefined quantity, for example 200 ml, into the glass. Dispensing stops automatically, fully preventing overflow.
The dispensing area stays dry and clean, preventing germ transfer through sticky levers or handles.
Combining postmix syrups in bag-in-boxes with the carbonator in the base cabinet drastically reduces storage space for beverage supplies and enables a wide range of lemonades or juice spritzers in minimal space. Depending on size, syrup boxes can be cooled inside the unit or placed in the base cabinet.
For purely non-alcoholic service, the SERVENIA dispensing system is configured as a compact beverage dispenser, either as a countertop unit or with an integrated base cabinet.

Smart beverage station for juices & soft drinks
The system focuses on fast and uncomplicated dispensing of water, juices and soft drinks. The interface is reduced to maximum simplicity. Thanks to IoT connectivity, staff receive timely notifications on a tablet or smartphone when a bag-in-box container is running low. This prevents embarrassing empty stations at the buffet.
Learn more about the juice setupYes. Although juices at breakfast buffets are usually included, the beverage dispenser can be equipped with a payment module for automatic billing at any time for use in self-service restaurants or canteens.
No, flavor transfer is prevented. The system is designed so aromas do not mix. Intelligent rinsing processes between dispensing cycles keep the line system clean after every drink, so water will not taste like the previous guest's orange juice.
A modern beverage dispenser optimizes processes exactly where many guests gather at the same time. Say goodbye to sticky buffets and constant refilling.
