Events on the First Floor
The ground floor houses the inn, which has been in operation since 1886—a place where the tradition of the tavern is kept alive. But if you go up one floor, you’ll find the building’s spacious event venue.
This is where weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and much more take place. And this is exactly where our SERVENIA has currently found its home.
13 ingredients, 31 recipes from the Prinz Fine Distillery
SERVENIA holds exactly 12 different bottles, plus an external soda connection. Using these 13 components, the Rose Restaurant currently creates no fewer than 31 different cocktails.
The extensive recipe card from the Prinz Distillery serves as the starting point.
From the event venue to the orchard
As soon as temperatures rise and summer arrives, SERVENIA will be moving to a new location and getting a makeover. The Prosecco module will be upgraded, and the machine will be moving out of the first floor.
Its next stop will be the idyllic orchard at the inn. There, the machine will assist the team at Gasthaus Rose as a bartender’s assistant.
The workflow for the staff remains refreshingly simple:
Add ice cubes to the glass.
Place the glass under the SERVENIA and select the drink.
Serve directly to the guest.
It’s wonderful to see how 140 years of tavern history and innovation come together at Gasthaus Rose.
