A New Helping Hand Behind Historic Walls: SERVENIA at Heimat Lindau

Guests at Heimat Lindau find themselves right on the market square in the historic Hensler House. Just across from the Cavazzen Museum and the two churches.

There’s history inside, too: Two rooms are heritage-listed, and coffee used to be roasted here. Today, locals and visitors stop by for a meal, a coffee or a drink.

When the island fills up for the weekend

Lindau is a tourist town, and Heimat Lindau is no exception. Friday through Sunday are the busiest days, but there’s plenty going on during the week, too.

For the team behind the bar, that means lots of drinks to prepare. Every little step gets repeated over and over throughout the day.

That’s where SERVENIA lends a hand, supporting the bar staff by mixing and dispensing a range of cocktails and spritz drinks.

One Sarti Spritz, please

The team shows us how it works right at the machine: Select a Sarti Spritz and let it pour. Then add ice, a straw and a little garnish.

And the drink is ready.

Making it look good is still done by hand. SERVENIA takes care of the mixing and pouring. Instead of reaching for several different bottles, all it takes is the press of a button.

Fewer steps behind the bar

For the Heimat team, the benefit is pretty clear:

“It saves us a lot of time.”

That extra help really makes a difference on busy weekends. Preparing drinks takes less manual work, while the staff still handle the ice, garnish and serving.
